We also arrange tailored marine transit insurance upon request, ensuring you have complete peace of mind while your vehicle is on the water.
All paperwork, fully managed
Moving a vehicle across borders involves complex paperwork, but you won't have to deal with any of it. While your vehicle is in transit, our team is already working on import duties, customs clearance, and Road Transport Department registration. Insurance can also be arranged on request. When we hand you the keys, your new vehicle is fully cleared, registered and ready to drive.

What to know about importing a car to Cyprus from the UK, Germany or Italy
What vehicles can you import?+
We import vehicles from the UK, Germany, and Italy that meet Cyprus requirements for vehicle age, emissions standards, and registration eligibility. You can choose a vehicle yourself or let us source the right one for you — based on your budget, body type, mileage, and spec.
How soon will I receive my vehicle after commissioning?+
It depends on the origin. UK delivery takes between 10 and 30 working days. Germany and Italy typically require 4–8 weeks.
What deposit is required to commission a vehicle?+
A deposit secures your vehicle and locks in the terms. The exact amount depends on the vehicle and sourcing region. All costs are detailed in your agreement before you pay anything.
Do you provide a vehicle inspection report before commissioning?+
Yes. Before securing your vehicle, we carry out a full pre-sale check — vehicle history, registration status, and any outstanding finance or restrictions. We also request a video walkthrough from the dealer or an inspection report for Approved Used vehicles. Payment to the seller is only made once all checks are confirmed.
How does payment work?+
We use a clear, milestone-based structure. A 10% deposit secures your commission and starts our search. The main 70% is required only after we review actual photos or videos of the vehicle and verify its history. The final 20% is settled just before arrival in Cyprus. Every detail is outlined in your agreement so there are never any surprises.
What insurance is available during shipping?+
Marine transit insurance is available on request and tailored to your vehicle's route and value. We arrange the policy for your vehicle so it is fully covered from loading to arrival in Cyprus.
What documents do I need to get started?+
To sign the contract, you'll typically need a passport (if you've been in Cyprus less than 6 months) or an ARC (Aliens Registration Certificate), plus an insurance cover note. We can help arrange insurance if needed. Everything else — purchase, logistics, customs, and registration — is handled entirely by us.
Can I cancel my commission and get a refund?+
Yes. Before payment is made to the seller, your deposit is refundable minus any costs already incurred. Once the commission is confirmed, the vehicle is reserved exclusively for you — so refund terms depend on the stage of the deal and expenses to date. All conditions are agreed upfront.
Can I track my vehicle during delivery?+
Yes. You receive updates at every key stage — purchase confirmation, dispatch, port arrival, customs clearance, and registration. You stay fully in the loop from departure to the moment we hand you the keys.
